# useVerifyMfa

> Returns a mutation that verifies a login-time TOTP or backup code.

This hook is exported by both @getpara/react-sdk-lite and @getpara/react-sdk.

## Import

Returns a mutation that verifies a login-time TOTP or backup code.

Copy method signature

### Returns

`UseMutationResult with verifyMfa and verifyMfaAsync`

The async trigger accepts VerifyMfaParams and resolves to VerifyMfaResult.
