# Viem createParaRestViemAccount

> Creates a Viem LocalAccount backed by REST signing methods.

This is a Para-owned method on the Viem account returned by createParaRestViemAccount.

## Import

```ts theme={null}
import { createParaRestViemAccount } from "@getpara/rest-sdk/viem";
```

The adapter uses the matching ParaRestClient signing endpoint and rejects unsupported local transaction shapes with ParaRestValidationError.

Creates a Viem LocalAccount backed by REST signing methods.

### Returns

`LocalAccount`

A Viem local account with Para-backed signing methods.
