# getSuiPublicKey

> Returns an @mysten/sui Ed25519PublicKey for a Para wallet.

Returns an @mysten/sui Ed25519PublicKey for a Para wallet.

Copy method signature

### Returns

`Ed25519PublicKey`

A Sui SDK public key.

## Import

```ts theme={null}
import type { Para as ParaServer } from '@getpara/server-sdk';
import { getSuiPublicKey } from '@getpara/sui-sdk-integration';
```

## Usage

```ts theme={null}
declare const para: ParaServer; // An authenticated Para Server client with a loaded Sui wallet.
const publicKey = getSuiPublicKey(para, 'wallet-id');
const address = publicKey.toSuiAddress();
```

## Limitations

This is a local key conversion utility. It does not create a signer or request a signature.
