# closeModal

> Marks the provider's login modal as closed.

Use the package root import:

```ts theme={null}
import { ParaEIP1193Provider } from '@getpara/wagmi-v2-connector';
```

Call this from a custom modal close handler. A pending eth\_requestAccounts request then fails with the EIP-1193 user-rejected error path.
