Reads the approval requirement after applying its current configuration.

Available on the Para client through @getpara/core-sdk and SDKs that inherit it, including @getpara/web-sdk.

Access and Portal behavior

Authenticated Para user authorized to manage the targeted requirement. A user session alone does not grant configuration authority. Does not open Portal.
